The Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) issued the Transfer Pricing Tax Audit Framework 2024 (2024 TP Audit Framework) in December 2024, which takes effect from 24 December 2024. This new framework replaces the 2019 version, bringing important changes to the way transfer pricing audits are conducted.
